I was thinking more of an android app, not a page formatted for web browsers to be used on a small-screen device. All I could find on the google play stores were LJ apps which included "other sites that use the same code like dreamwidth,..." that hadn't been updated in 2-4 years.

yeah, i'm not aware of an app, but am able to use it on my phone with the mobile version and otherwise the update screen won't work.
