khatruYesterday, the migraine leapt up and bit me again. I pretty much slept all day. At one point I asked R to help with the compression stockings on my legs, because I was overdue for dealing with that, and between the pain in my shoulders, and the migraine, I couldn't properly reach. That was overly exciting, as I found out when I got a phone call, R in the supermarket, wanting to know what I wanted for dinner, having forgotten all about coming back in an hour to put compression back on. *headdesk*
Similarly today, headache making it hard to sleep, I've been awake and in pain unrelieved despite taking pain meds. Neck and shoulders, not *quite* at the level of headache and I really don't want it to go there, either. :/ I'm gonna try to play some wow and hope that I can be up for doing something other than maintenance.
